摘 要:针对重庆市地表水因高含沙量、高浊度而不宜直接作为水源热泵源水的问题,根据斜板沉淀的原理设计了防堵除沙型取水净水机,并利用Fluent流体模拟软件对该设备进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果进行结构优化,最终确定设备的基本结构,包括进水口、导流板、伞形斜板、集水管及出水口。经地表水现场试验验证,该设备对浊度、泥沙、藻类的平均去除率分别可达到50.33%、70.17%、29.17%,能够将地表水中的泥沙有效截留在取水阶段,可在一定程度上减轻后续处理工艺的负荷。同时也表明,通过模拟软件对设备进行前期模拟优化,可大大缩短设备开发流程。Surface water in Chongqing City is not suitable as a water source for heat pump systems directly because of its high sand content and turbidity. Based on the principles of inclined lamellar precipitation, an anti-blocking and desanding machine for water intake and purification was designed. The flow characteristics of the machine were simulated using Fluent software. According to the simulation, the structure of the machine was optimized to determine the basic structure, including intake, guide plates, umbrella inclined plate, water-collecting pipe and outlet. In the field test, the average removal rates of turbidity, sand and algae were 50.33%, 70. 17% and 29. 17% respectively. Sand in water sources could be effectively removed during water intake, thereby reducing the pressure in subsequent processes. The development process of the machine could be shortened software. through pre-simulation by fluid simulation
