摘  要:采用膜蒸馏-电去离子组合工艺处理高盐废水,考察了真空膜蒸馏主要参数对产水水质的影响,以及电去离子过程的处理效果。结果表明:膜蒸馏热侧料液温度和冷侧真空度对产水水质的影响较小,随着浓缩倍数的增加,电导率、TOC、硬度上升不大,在浓缩15倍时产水电导率为3.6μS/cm、硬度为0.074mg/L、TOC为0.32mg/L,满足EDI对进水水质的要求;自制微型EDI装置处理膜蒸馏产水,在电压为15V、淡水流量为9.5L/h、浓水流量为2.3L/h条件下,产水水质稳定,电导率为0.078~0.081μS/cm,完全满足火力电厂锅炉补给水的要求。膜蒸馏一电去离子组合工艺,是从高盐废水到高纯水的全新处理工艺,具有原水适用性强、产水稳定、水质优良的特点,解决好流量匹配以及膜污染等问题则应用前景广阔。A combined process of membrane distillation and electrodeionization (EDI) was used to treat high salinity wastewater. The effects of vacuum membrane distillation parameters on the effluent quality and the removal effect by the EDI process were investigated. The results showed that the effects of the thermal side material liquid temperature and the cold side vacuum during membrane distillation on the effluent quality were small. The conductivity, TOC and hardness increased slowly with the increasing of concentration factor. When the concentration factor was 15, the effluent conductivity, hardness and TOC were 3.6 ~S/cm, 0. 074 mg/L and 0.32 mg/L, respectively, which met the influent quality requirement of EDI. Self-made miniature EDI was used for the treatment of membrane distillation effluent. Under di- lute flow rate of 9.5 L/h, concentrate flow rate of 2.3 L/h, and voltage of 15 V, the effluent quality was stable and the conductivity stayed at 0. 078 to 0. 081 μS/cm, completely satisfying the water quality requirements of makeup water for boilers. Membrane distillation combined with EDI technology is a new process used to treat high salinity wastewater to high purity water. The combined process has a high applicability to influent and yields stable high-quality effluent. When flow matching and membrane fouling problems are resolved, the combined process will have a broader application prospect.
