摘  要:用赤子爱胜蚓直接处理脱水污泥,同时以不加蚯蚓为对照,研究蚯蚓对城市污泥氮素矿化特征的影响。结果表明:污泥氮素矿化的主体是微生物,蚯蚓活动对氮素矿化有促进作用。蚯蚓处理对污泥中NH+4-N、NO-3-N及矿质氮均有极显著的影响(p≤0.001),其中NO-3-N和矿质氮含量显著增加,分别是原污泥的89倍和4倍,比对照组分别高出了87.75%和30.65%,而NH+4-N含量较对照组低34%。与对照组相比,蚯蚓活动对污泥中氮损失没有显著影响。To investigate the effect of vermicomposting on nitrogen mineralization in municipal sludge, Eisenia foetida was used for vermicomposting of dewatered sludge, and the comparison experi- ment without earthworms was carried out. The results showed that microorganisms were the main factor affecting nitrogen mineralization, and vermicomposting had a positive effect on nitrogen mineralization in municipal sludge. After vermicomposting, NO3- -N and total mineral nitrogen in sludge significantly in- creased, which were 89 times and 4 times of original sludge, and 87.75 % and 30.65 % higher than those in the control group respectively, while NH4^+ -N was 34% lower than that in the control group. Compared with the control group, vermicomposting had no significant effect on nitrogen loss.
