摘  要:对 1 0个不同品种的花生花芽分化对干旱的反应进行解剖观察 ,结果表明 :在播种后控水 36d情况下 ,品种间茎叶均未发生萎蔫 ,但却受到轻度、中度、重度不同程度的影响 ,其分别占供试材料的 2 0 % ,50 % ,30 % ;品种间能分化 1 47个~ 2 51个花芽 ,而控水使花芽损耗率达 4.0 3%~ 46.61 % ,其中败育占 1 .7%~ 2 7.36% ,减少占 1 .34%~ 33.7% ;茎叶与花芽的受影响程度无相关性 ,即花芽损耗率低于 5%的发生在茎叶受影响中度之中 ,而高于40 %的发生于茎叶受影响轻度和重度之中 ;鲁花 1 1 ,97- 88,880The result of the experiment shows that by controlling water for thirty six days after sowing,all plants didn't wilted,but differentiation of flower bud was influenced by light degree, moderate degree and heavy degree, which accounted for 20%, 50% and 30%, respectively. Interspecific plants can differentiate 147~251 flower buds,but the total flower buds were decreased 4.03%~46.61% by controlling water,among which non breeding accounted for 1.7%~27.36%,the amount of differentiation decreasing accounted for 1.34%~33.7%. Influcenced degree of stem and leaf has no correlation with that of flower bud,that is, when stem and leaf were influenced by moderate degree, the proportion of flower bud damaged was less than 5%, however, when stem and leaf were influenced by light degree and heavy degree, it was more than 40%. Strong drought tolerance of LuHua 11, 97 88 and 8802 in their seedling stage was determined by each variety's specific characteristics.
