摘 要:采用培养皿滤纸萌发法研究9种不同浓度NaCl胁迫对胀果甘草和疏叶骆驼刺2种豆科植物种子萌发及生理指标的影响。结果表明,随NaCl浓度升高,2种豆科植物种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均不同程度降低,相对盐害率升高;在低浓度NaCl胁迫下,2种植物种子萌发差异不明显,而在高浓度NaCl胁迫下差异较大。随着NaCl浓度增大,2种植物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均表现为先上升后下降的趋势,在高浓度NaCl胁迫下,疏叶骆驼刺的SOD活性明显高于胀果甘草;过氧化物酶(POD)活性和可溶性糖含量与NaCl浓度分别呈现显著负相关和正相关的关系;与胀果甘草相比,疏叶骆驼刺POD活性相对较高,也说明其抗逆性明显高于胀果甘草;在低浓度NaCl胁迫下,胀果甘草的可溶性糖含量比疏叶骆驼刺低,在高浓度NaCl胁迫下,则呈相反的趋势。The influence of different NaCl concentrations on germination abilities and physiological indexes of 2 Leguminosae species was studied using germination methods. The results showed as follows. ( 1 ) With increased NaCl concentration, germination percentage, germination index and germination energy for both species declined, while relative rate of harm salinity increased. (2) With increased NaCl concentration, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased first and then decreased. Under high NaC1 concentration, SOD activity of Alhagi sparsifolia was higher than that of Glycyrrhiza inflate. Relationship between peroxidase (POD) activity and NaC1 concentration was negative. Relationship between soluble carbohydrate and NaCl concentration was positive. Compared with the POD activity of G. inflate, POD activity of A. sparsifolia was higher, indicating that the stress resistance of A. sparsifolia was higher than that of G. inflate. Under low NaCl concentration stress, soluble carbohydrate of G. inflates was lower than that of A. sparsifolia. Under high stress, it is opposite.
