摘  要:对采自通化石湖国家森林公园的野生冬生多孔菌(Polyporusbrumalis)进行生物学特性和驯化研究,结果表明:冬生多孔菌菌丝生长适宜温度20~30℃,最适宜温度25℃,最适宜pH为5~7;在栽培试验中,以配方1(78%阔叶树细木屑、20%麦麸、1%白砂糖、l%石灰)中菌丝生长速度最快为0.6cm/d,形成原基最早为29d,数量最多为4个,生物转化率最高为30%;野生菌盖面为褐黄色至褐黑色,栽培菌盖面为褐黄色至褐绿色。Selected biological characteristics and the artificial cultivation of a Polyporus brurnalis strain collected from the Tonghua Shihu National Forest Park in Liaoning Province are described. P. brumalis mycelium grew well between 20-30 ~C, and at pH values ranging from 5 to 7. Mycelial growth was most rapidly (0.6 cm/d), most primordia (4) were formed in the shortest time (29 d), and Biological Efficiency was maximal (30%) on a cultivation substrate (pH unadjusted) consisting of 78% broad-leaved sawdust, 20% wheat bran, 1% lime and 1% sucrose. Pilei of the wild strain were isabelline or brownish-black, while those of the cultivated mushroom were isabelline or brownish-green.
