摘　　要：针对海警舰艇装备的发展和海警部队任务的拓展,结合航海技术专业实践教学条件的建设,通过分解、分析航海技术(海警舰艇指挥)专业实践能力规格,构建了以实战对抗为目标、"战训一体"的实践教学体系。在体系中详细讨论了专业实践能力四阶段的实践教学模式和"点、线、面"有机结合的实践教学体系,该系统的构建对学员综合实践能力的培养具有重要作用。With the purpose of developing the Coast Guard vessel equipment and expanding the mandate of the Coast Guard Forces, combining to the construction of practice teaching conditions of marine technology, a practice teaching system with the goal of actual combat which is characterized by its integration of combat and training has been built based on analyzing the specification of practical ability in marine technology （mainly in the command of Coast Guard Vessel）. This system reflects the four-phase teaching mode, as well as the ＂point, line, surface＂ integrated teaching system, and the system plays an important role in cultivating the trainees comprehensive practice ability.
