摘　　要：采用S7-300型PLC对机械压力机的控制系统进行改造。给出了控制系统改造具体实施的方案,说明了S7-300型PLC的硬件组态、软件组态方法,并给出了软件程序设计的方法。改造后的系统采用先进的数字直流调速器,通过改变PLC程序能实现不同的控制功能,具有精度高、可靠性高、操作简便、利于维护等优点,对电机的过流、过载、过压等有很大的提高。PLC S7-300 was used to achieve press machine control system to be transformed. The specif- ic implementation program of the control system reform was introdued in this paper. PLC S7-300 hardware con- figuration and software configuration methods were explaied and software design methods were given. The transformed system can realize different control functions by changing the PLC program. The digital DC is of high speed, high precision, high reliability, simple operation, easy maitenance, and greatly improve the motor over-current, over-voltage and overload.
