摘　　要：辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的引领者、学生学业发展的引导者和学生宿舍学习型社区建设的指导者,必须具备一定的能力,才能胜任指导学生社区建设的重任。从社区组织管理能力、宿舍文化建设能力、协调处理宿舍问题的能力和处理突发事件的应变能力四方面,对辅导员应当具备的基本能力进行阐述,并指出辅导员相应能力的培养途径。As the guide of college ideological and political education, the mentor of academic development, and the advisor of student dormitory learning community construction, instructors should be able to fulfill the task of building student community. From the aspects of community organization and management, the construction of dormitory culture construction, coordination and emergency response, the paper discusses instructors＂ abilities and points out the ways of training instructors＇ abilities.
