环腺苷酸对肉鸡血液及组织生化指标的影响

摘　　要：选用体重相近的 21日龄艾维茵商品代肉鸡 40只，雌雄各半，均分为 4组，分别以生理盐水配制， 8， 4， 2μ g/kg体重剂量的环腺苷酸处理后，于 49日龄测定血液及组织的生化指标。结果表明，环腺苷酸可提高肌肉及肝脏中的粗蛋白含量，降低脂肪含量；可使肌肉中的干物质含量增加，粗灰分含量下降，使血清总蛋白和总脂含量均升高。－ day－ old commercial Avian broilers 40 had similar weight (female:male=1∶ 1) which were randomly divided into 4 groups,treated with normal saline、 cAMP of 3 levels respectively.The biochemistry index of blood and tissues of the broilers were measured at 49－ day－ old.The results indicated that the injection of cAMP could increase CP content of the muscle and liver、 DM content of the muscle、 total protein and fat in serum,and decrease fat content of the muscle and liver、 crude ash content of the muscle.
