摘　　要：随着城市化进程的不断加快和城市规模的日益扩大,西安的环境污染如垃圾污染等问题也日益严重。在对西安市的垃圾处理现状进行大量实地考察的基础上提出:以政策为先导,促进垃圾处理的产业化;加强统一管理,积极推行市场机制;控制生产型企业垃圾产生指标,零售业参与垃圾回收;有效利用国内外先进技术和经验,改进和淘汰现有的落后的垃圾处理技术;有效利用媒体等各种手段,多途径宣传环保知识等一系列具体措施,可为相关部门解决这一问题提供具一定操作性的借鉴与参考。With the accelerating urbanization and the gradually expanding Scales of the urban,the environment of Xi＇ an is getting worse and worse such as the garbage issues.This issue should be Making the policy for pilot, and promote the industrialization of garbage disposal; the government ought to strengthen the unified management, to canT out market mechanism, and to control the index of the waste of the production-oriented enterprises.The retail industries should participate in garbage collection.The industries need to use the domestic and international advanced technology and experience effectively to improve or to eliminate the existing backward garbage disposal technology.Medias should be used to popularize the knowledge of environment protection.Those methods are the operable references for the related departments to solve this problem.
