摘  要:目的:探讨冠心病患者血液中肝素结合表皮生长因子(HB-EGF)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)mRNA的表达水平及临床意义。方法:检测30例急性冠脉综合征(ACS组)、30例稳定性心绞痛组(SAP组)及20例正常对照组(NC组)患者血清中HB-EGF、TGF-β1mRNA的表达水平,比较各组间的差异,并分析影响HB-EGF、TGF-β1mRNA表达水平的相关性因素,探讨其与HB-EGF、TGF-β1的关系。结果:CHD组患者中HB-EGF mRNA明显高于NC组(P<0.05),ACS组患者中HB-EGF mRNA亦明显高于SAP组(P<0.05);而TGF-β1mRNA在血液中表达反之:CHD组患者中TGF-β1mRNA明显低于NC组(P<0.05),ACS组患者中TGF-β1mRNA亦明显低于SAP组(P<0.05)。体重指数、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白与HB-EGF mRNA及TGF-β1mRNA表达高低无明显相关关系。结论:体重指数、血糖、血脂与HB-EGF mRNA及TGF-β1mRNA表达无明显相关,HB-EGF的升高在冠心病的发生、发展过程中可能作为一个独立危险因子存在,而TGF-β1则可能在冠心病AS病变中有一定保护作用。Objective: To investigate the serum level of Heparin Binding Epidermal Growth Factor like Growth Factor ( HB-EGF ) and Transforming Growth Factor-β1( TGF-β1) in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) and its clinical significance. Method: Serum levels of HB- EGF mRNA and TGFβ1 mRNA in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS group, n=30 ), stable angina pectoris ( SAP group, n=30 ), and normal control subjects ( NC group, n=20 ) were measured by RT-PCR.The differences of three groups were compared.The correlation factors with the serum level of HB-EGF, TGFβ1 mRNA were analyzed.Result: The serum HB-EGF mRNA level of the CHD group ( 0.69 ± 0.09 ), it was significantly higher than the normal control group ( NC group ) ( 0.63 ± 0.06 ) ( P〈0.05 ) .The serum HB-EGF mRNA level of ACS group was ( 0.71 ±0. 10 ), it was significantly higher than the SAP group ( 0.67 ± 0.07 ) ( P〈0.05 ) .The serum TGF- 13 1 mRNA level was just opposite to the serum HB-EGF mRNA.The serum TGFβ1 mRNA of the CHD group was ( 1.02 ± 0.08 ), it was significantly less than the NC group ( 1.08 ± 0.08 ) ( P〈0.05 ) .The serum TGFβ1 mRNA level of the ACS group was ( 1.00 ± 0.08 ), it was significantly less than the SAP group ( 1.04 ± 0.08 ) ( P〈0.05 ) .Body weight index and blood glucose and blood lipid were not related to The serum HB-EGF and TGFβ1 mRNA level.Conclusion: Body weight index and blood glucose and blood lipid were not related to The serum HB-EGF arid TGFβ1 mRNA level.The high level of HB-EGF may be a independent risk factor of CHD.TGFβ1 may have a protective effect for the development process of atherosclerosis.
