糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白浓度与尿微量白蛋白相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白浓度与尿微量白蛋白相关性,为糖尿病患者肾功能早期损伤监测提供依据。方法:分别采用色谱法、免疫比浊法测定150例糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿α1微球蛋白浓度。结果:70.67%(106/150)糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白浓度高于正常参考值。糖化血红蛋白浓度升高患者与正常患者尿微量白蛋白平均浓度分别为(59.72±55.81)mg/L、(30.27±22.21)mg/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);两组患者尿微量白蛋白高于正常参考值比例分别为45.28%(48/106)、20.45%(9/44),两者比较差异有统计学意义(字2=8.13,P=0.001);两组尿α1微球蛋白平均浓度分别为(2.48±2.20)mg/L、(2.17±1.92)mg/L,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白浓度与尿微量白蛋白浓度具有相关性,糖化血红蛋白浓度增高提示患者肾功能受损。Objective： Diabetes glycated hemoglobin concentration and urine trace albumin correlation, provide experimental basis for diabetes monitoring in patients with early renal function injury.Method： Immune turbidimetrie method, chromatography and 150 cases of patients with diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin, urine trace albumin urine alpha 1 mieroglobulin concentration.Result： 70.67%（106/150） with diabetes glycated hemoglobin concentration higher than the normal reference value. Glycated hemoglobin levels in patients with patients with normal urine trace albumin average concentration （59.72±55.81） mg/L respectively, （30.27 ±22.21）mg/L, which compare the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Two groups of patients with urine trace albumin is higher than the normal reference value was 45.28%（48/106）, 45.28%（9/44）, the two comparative difference was statistically significant （X^2=8.13, P=8.13）. Two groups of urine alpha 1 mieroglobulin average concentration （2.48± 2.20）mg/L respectively, （2.17 ± 1.92） mg/L, are similar between the two groups has no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Condusion： Diabetes glyeated hemoglobin concentration and urine trace albumin concentrations correlation, glyeated hemoglobin concentration increased in patients with kidney damage.
