摘 要:软件质量是软件工程阶段性评价的参考依据。将软件质量定性的评价定量化,为软件质量管理人员进行决策提供了数据基础,同时也为用户在选择软件时提供客观的比对依据。主要以相关国际、国家标准为基础,提出度量过程中,分析软件的特点,建立符合该软件特点的度量模型,并结合软件测试设计软件质量量化流程,运用层次分析法进行外部质量度量分析,为第三方测试机构进行软件质量量化评估提供新的思路。Software quality is the reference basis in phased evaluation of software engineering. To quantify the qualitative evaluation of software quality provides a data basis for software quality managers in decision-making, and also offers an objective comparison basis for customers when they choose the software. Taking the relative international and national standards as the basis, in the paper we suggest that to analyse the characteristics of software in measurement process, and to build a measurement model in accord with the features of the software ; moreover, to design the qualitative process of software quality in combination with software testing, and to use analytic hierarchy process for the analysis of external quality measurement. These provide the new vision for the third-party testing agencies in quantitative evaluation of the software quality.
