摘　　要：介绍基于OOXML格式的电子表格组件的独特功能和应用前景,阐述该组件的设计方法和实现途径,实现电子表格全部功能的一套API接口,为应用程序开发人员二次开发、创建和管理电子表格文档和数据提供了解决方案。In this article we introduce the special functions and application prospects of an OOXML format-based spreadsheet component, expatiate on its design procedures and implementation means. A set of AP＇I interfaces having all the functions of the spreadsheet is realised, this provides for the applications developers the solutions of redeveloping, creating and managing the spreadsheet documents and data.
