摘 要:采用分光光度法测黄酮的含量,筛选大孔树脂纯化显齿蛇葡萄黄酮的最佳条件。实验结果表明:HPD100树脂的吸附效果最好,当黄酮浓度为137.8 ug/mL、上柱体积为5 mL、吸附30 min,用95%乙醇、以1.5 mL/min流速洗脱时,吸附率为85.44%,洗脱率为94.92%,回收率为95.66%,样品的黄酮质量分数从2.76%纯化至81.1%。实验证明本工艺合理、可行,适合工业化生产。The content of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. Screening the optimum conditions of purification flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata by macroporous resin . The result showed: HPD100 resin is the best for the purification of flavones, when the concentration of crude flavones was 137.8μg . mL- 1 , the volume of sample was 5 mL, the time of adsorption was 30 min, flow rate was 1.5 mL/min and the eluent was 95% ethanol, the adsorption rate was 85.44% , the elution rate of flavones was 94. 92% ,the rate of recovery was 95.66%, Under the optimum conditions the falconoid compounds quality score was from 2.76% to 81.10%. The experiment showed that this technology was reasonable and practicable, suitable for industrial production.
