摘　　要：目的:建立稳定的测定色木槭鞣质的方法。方法:用干酪素法测定鞣质含量。优化条件为:20目色木槭粉100mL30%甲醇提取0.5h,干酪素用量300mg,1.5%Na2CO3显色后15min测定。结果:优化方法线性良好,鞣酸平均回收率98.92%,结论:该方法简单、稳定、可靠。Objective：To establish a stable method for determining the Content Dcterminatio of Tannins in Acer mono Maxim by Casein Method. Methods ： The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins. The optimum conditions of determination were using 30% methyl alcohol as extracting solvent ,refluxing 30 rain,adopting 300 mg caseins ,adding 1.5% Na2CO3 and determining after 15rain. Results： The selected method had a good linear dependence. The average recovery of tannic acid was 98.92%. Conclusion ： It is simple sensitive and reproducible to determine the content of tannins in Acer mono Maxim.
