鸡源沙门菌PFGE分型及耐药性研究

摘　　要：为了解某规模化养鸡场沙门菌的流行情况及耐药现状,对分离于该场的病、死鸡42株沙门菌进行血清型鉴定,K-B药敏纸片法检测分离菌的药物敏感性,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)对分离菌进行PFGE分型研究。结果显示,42株鸡源沙门菌可分为4种血清型,其中以肠炎沙门菌为优势血清型;分离菌对四环素、氨苄青霉素和萘啶酸普遍耐药,耐药率均在60%以上,4重以上耐药菌株占88.9%;42株鸡源沙门菌可分为7个PFGE型,各型间相似性较高,部分型菌株间相似性高达90%以上。结果表明,该养殖场鸡源沙门菌的耐药性普遍存在,且以多重耐药为主,PFGE分型结果表明,该场流行的沙门菌可能是由少数菌株传播引起的。In order to grasp the drug resistance status and the prevalence of Salmonella in a large-scale chicken farm accurately ,42 chicken Salmonella isolates were isolated from the farm and were determined with serological identi-fication .Antimicrobial susceptibility of Salmonella isolates against 12 antimicrobials were determined by the Kirby-Bauer disk method ;Gel pulse field gel electrophoresis were used for PFGE typing of Salmonella isolates ,the ho-mology between strains was analyzed .Results showed that 42 chicken Salmonella isolates can be divided into four serotypes ,and S .enteritidis is the dominant serotype .Chicken Salmonella were resistant to tetracycline ,ampicil-lin and nalidixic acid ,drug resistance rates were all above 60% ,and multidrug resistant strains accounted for 88 .9% .42 chicken Salmonella isolates can be divided into 7 PFGE types ,and high homology among each type was determined ,some of the strain homology up to 90% .Results indicated that the resistance of Salmonella in the farm was widespread ,and multidrug resistance accounted for the most .PFGE results showed that the prevalence of Salmonella in the farm may be caused by the spread of a few strains .
