摘 要:为了解不同源沙门菌在不同宿主体内传代后的毒力变化,选择猪源、鸡源、人源受试沙门菌,采用改良寇氏法测定半数致死量(LD50),以LD50剂量分别感染小鼠和雏鸡,并连续传代3次,统计各代次实验动物的死亡率,评估脏器病变程度,应用PCR鉴定回收细菌。结果表明,猪源沙门菌在小鼠和雏鸡体内传代后毒力均呈增强趋势;鸡源沙门菌在小鼠体内传代后的毒力无明显变化,在雏鸡体内传代后毒力则呈现增强;人源沙门菌在小鼠体内传代后的毒力几乎无变化,在雏鸡体内传代后的毒力变化趋势不明显。结果提示,不同源沙门菌对不同宿主的致病性存在差异,猪源沙门菌不仅易感动物感染谱广、致病力强,而且对人类的危害性也更大。The aim of this study was to explore the virulence of Salmonella isolates from different sources in differ-ent kinds of animals after passage culture in vivo .We choose the five Salmonella isolates from swine ,chicken and men ,and tested the median lethal dose by the modified Karber method .According to each strain LD50 in mice and chickens for 3 times consecutive transfer of culture in vivo ,then the death rate was recorded in each generation ,and the pathogenicity was assessed .PCR was used to identify the recovered Salmonella .The results showed that the virulence of Salmonella isolates from swine was increased in mice and chickens .The virulence of Salmonella iso-lates from chicken had no obvious change in mice ,but increased in chickens .The virulence of Salmonella isolates from men had no change in mice and no obvious change in chickens .There were different pathogenicities to differ-ent kinds of animals among Salmonella isolates from different sources after passage in vivo .Among of those ,the Salmonella isolates from swine not only have wide susceptible animals ,and strong pathogenicity ,but also do seri-ous harm to human .
