柴黄颗粒对传染性支气管炎鸡血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为初步探讨柴黄颗粒防治鸡传染性支气管炎的作用机理,将400羽人工感染传染性支气管炎病毒鸡随机分为8组,柴黄颗粒预防组,低、中、高剂量治疗组,中、西药对照组,模型对照组和健康对照组。试验期间试剂盒测定各组鸡血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆红素、直接胆红素、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平。结果显示,柴黄颗粒对血清白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平影响不大。柴黄颗粒预防组能够使鸡感染期间的血清球蛋白浓度保持一个相对较高的水平,在28日龄时与健康对照组差异显著(P<0.05);在28日龄时柴黄颗粒预防组、中剂量组、高剂量组能使天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶降至正常水平,与健康对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);鸡传染性支气管炎能够使血清直接胆红素、间接胆红素浓度升高,柴黄颗粒预防组、中剂量组能使其维持正常水平,始终保持在与健康对照组无显著性差异水平(P>0.05)。表明柴黄颗粒对鸡的肝胆系统具有保护作用,能够通过增加血清球蛋白水平增强鸡的免疫力、抗病力及适应性。In order to preliminary probe into the prevention and treatment mechanism of Chaihuang granule （CG）on avian infectious bronchitis ,four hundred chickens infected with infectious bronchitis virus were randomly divided into 8 groups ：CG prevention group ,CG treatment groups at low ,medium and high do-ses ,Chinese and western medicine control groups ,model and healthy control groups .The levels of chick-en serum total protein ,albumin ,total bilirubin ,direct bilirubin ,aspartate aminotransferase ,alanine ami-notransferase in each group were measured respectively by kit .The results showed that CG has a little effect on serum albumin and alanine aminotransferase .CG prevention group could make the concentration of serum globulin maintain a higher level ,and the concentration was significantly higher than that in healthy control group （P0 .05）;Infectious bronchitis could increase the concentrations of serum direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin ,but in CG prevention group and medium dose group ,they were maintained in normal levels ,and there were always no significant differences com-pared with the healthy control group （P〉0 .05） .It indicated that CG had a protective effect for the hepa-tobiliary system of chickens ,and could improve the immunity ,disease resistance and adaptability by in-creasing the serum globulin levels in chickens .
