摘　　要：为研究黄芪总黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响,测定了小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素水平、迟发型超敏反应及脾淋巴细胞增殖等免疫指标。结果显示,黄芪总黄酮可明显提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素水平,抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应,促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖。表明黄芪总黄酮能显著增强小鼠的免疫功能。To study the effects of total flavones of astragalus （TFA） on immune function in mice ,the mac-rophage phagocytosis function ,serum hemolysin level ,delayed type hypersensitivity and splenic lympho-cyte proliferation of mice were measured .The results showed that TFA significantly increased the macro-phage phagocytosis function ,serum hemolysin level ,suppressed delayed type hypersensitivity ,promoted splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice .These observations indicated that TFA can significantly increase immune function in mice .
