Study on Antimicrobial Resistance to Escherichia coli Isolated from Three Different Poultries

摘  要:为了解辽宁锦州地区鸡、鸭、鹅源大肠埃希菌的耐药性情况,分别从健康和患病鸡、鸭、鹅分离出302株大肠埃希菌,并采用微量稀释法测定了这些菌株对12种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果显示,302株大肠埃希菌除对阿米卡星和多黏菌素B较敏感,对其他抗菌药物呈现不同程度的耐药且多重耐药现象严重。除对氨苄西林、氯霉素和环丙沙星耐药性最高的为鹅源大肠埃希菌和鸭源大肠埃希菌外,对其他抗菌药物耐药率最高的都是鸡源大肠埃希菌;同时,从患病组家禽分离的大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林以外的其他11种抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于健康组大肠埃希菌。由此可见,辽宁锦州地区鸡、鸭、鹅大肠埃希菌对不同抗菌药物的耐药现象有差异,这3种家禽对抗菌药物的整体耐药现状已不容乐观,有必要进一步加强耐药性的监测,为指导兽医临床合理使用抗菌药物提供指导。In order to study the presence of antimicrobial resistance to Escherichia coli in chicken ,duck and goose in Jinzhou ,Liaoning province .A total of 302 E .coli strains ,isolated from chicken ,duck and goose (healthy and diseased animals ) ,were tested for resistance to 12 antimicrobials by micro-dilution method . The results showed that besides sensitive to amikacin and polymyxin B ,all the 302 isolates were differently resistant to the other antimicrobials ,and multi-drug resistance was serious .Except ampicillin ,streptomy-cin and ciprofloxacin ,E .coli isolates from chicken had a higher resistance rate to the other antimicrobials . Except ampicillin ,isolates from diseased poultries were markedly more resistant than those from normal poultries for the other 11 antimicrobial agents assessed .Despite some differences among species ,the w hole antimicrobial resistance to these three poultry E .coli was severe ,it’s necessary to strengthen the surveil-lance of antimicrobial resistance and give some directions to clinical medication .
