苏子降气汤对豚鼠哮喘模型Th17/Treg平衡的影响

摘　　要：为研究苏子降气汤对豚鼠哮喘模型白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的影响,探讨苏子降气汤对豚鼠哮喘模型Th17/Treg平衡的干预作用,试验将40只健康豚鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、苏子降气汤高、低剂量组及阳性药物对照组,造模后各组予以相应处理,通过末次激发测定诱喘时间,并用ELISA法检测IL-10和IL-17水平。结果表明,苏子降气汤高、低剂量组IL-17含量降低,IL-10含量明显增加(P<0.05),Th17/Treg平衡有显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明苏子降气汤能影响IL-17、IL-10水平,对Th17/Treg失衡有干预作用,这可能是其治疗哮喘的作用机制之一。To study the effects of Suzijiangqi decoction on the interleukin-17 and interleukin-10 in the asth-ma guinea pigs and the imbalance of Th17/Treg of asthma model ,forty healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank control group ,model group ,positive control group and high-dose ,low-dose Suzijiangqi decoction groups .Asthma model was established by OVA atomized and inhaled .All guinea pigs received their own treatment .The levels of Th17 and Treg were measured by ELISA .The results indicated that high-dose and low-dose groups＇level of IL-17 decreased ,the level of IL-10 increased .In a conclusion ,Suzi-jiangqi decoction can affect the level of IL-17 and IL-10 and improve the function imbalance of Th17/Treg of asthma model .Maybe this is the mechanism of treating asthma by Suzijiangqi decoction .
