多巴胺在卵巢过度刺激综合征治疗中的应用

摘　　要：卵巢过度刺激综合征是体外辅助生殖中产生的一种并发症,表现出卵巢肿大,腹水、胸水,伴局部或全身水肿,严重时甚至会导致器官衰竭。近年来,对该疾病的治疗取得了突破性的进展,特别是多巴胺激动剂的治疗措施。有研究发现,每天服用多巴胺药物卡麦角林0.5mg并持续用药7d,对卵巢过度刺激综合征的治疗具有显著的改善作用。论文通过对多巴胺在治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征中的病例分析,旨在查明其对该疾病的治疗及其可能的作用机制,为进一步临床应用提供参考。虽然目前对该疾病的治疗还没有统一的结论,但多巴胺治疗方案对卵巢过度刺激综合征的临床研究无疑提供了一条新途径,具有重要的指导意义。Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is a complication generated from the assisted reproduction in v itro ,w hich exerts ovarian enlargement ,ascites ,pleural effusion ,and local or systemic edema ,even can cause organ failure in seriouscases .Recently ,the treatment of this disease has made a breakthrough pro-gress ,especially the use of dopamine agonist .These studies have found that using the medication cabergo-line of dopamine 0 .5 mg 7 d can obviously effect the treatment of hyperstimulation syndrome .The present article therefore analyzed the use of dopamine in the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome for clarifying the effect and the possible mechanism of this treatment ,in order to provide some important in-formation for its further clinic use .Although the treatment of this disease does not have a unified idea at present ,clinical study on treatment of dopamine on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome undoubtedly pro-vides a new way and has important guiding significance .
