摘 要:用五点取样法,于兰州市榆中县和平镇日光温室黄瓜地中调查根结线虫的消长动态.结果表明:随着时间的推移,根结线虫在日光温室中的垂直分布与水平分布都呈现出规律性的变化,垂直方向根结线虫于3月下旬和6月中旬出现高峰,线虫密度分别达到25.12条/g和4.78条/g;水平方向的高峰期与垂直分布一致,线虫密度最大值分别达到21.86条/g和8.91条/g.对根结线虫的土层分布调查发现,在垂直方向,根结线虫主要集中于0~20cm土层,平均密度的最大值出现在10~15cm土层,为8.50条/g,且随着土层深度增加,根结线虫密度逐渐降低;根结线虫的水平分布呈现向根集中的特性.Five points sampling method was used to investigate root-knot nematode^s growth dynamic in cucumber sunlight greenhouse in Heping town of Yuzhong Country in Lanzhou. The results showed that the vertical and horizontal distribution of root-knot nematodes had a rule change with the difference of survey time. Two peak values were observed at vertical distribution in late March and the middle June, the density was 25.12 and 4. 78 nematodes per gram soil. The horizontal distribution had the similar change, the maximum density was 21.86 and 8. 91nematodes per gram soil. The nematode distribution in surface soil indicated the soil of 0~20 cm depth was the centralized area,the maximum of density was 8. 50 nema- todes per gram in 10~15 cm depth. The density decreased with the increase of depth. The horizontal distribution showed that nematodes centralized around the plant's root.
