摘  要:以人工老化2d的籽瓜种子为材料,应用不同质量浓度的赤霉素(GA)、壳聚糖(CTS)、抗坏血酸(ASA)和KH2PO44种药剂,对种子进行不同时间的处理,并对种子活力和生理生化指标进行了测定.结果表明:以上4种药剂处理均能提高籽瓜种子活力,其中GA-24h-300mg/L、CTS-24h-100mg/L、AsA-24h-100mg/L和KH2PO4-72h-1×103 mg/L 4种组合处理效果最好;随着种子活力的增加,种子可溶性糖含量、SOD活性和POD活性显著增强,种子浸泡液电导率和丙二醛含量显著降低,这些指标与种子活力相关性显著.In order to study the effects of different chemical treatments on vitality, physiology and biochemistry of seed-watermelon seeds, some chemicals, including gibberellins (GA), chitosan (ATS), ascorbic acid (AsA) and KH2PO4 were used to treat aging two days seeds. The results indicated that all the four methods could improve seed vigor of seed-watermelon, and GA-24 h-300 mg/L,CTS-24 h-100 mg/L, AsA- 24 h-100 mg/L and KH2PO4-72 h^-1×10^3 mg/L treatments were the best. Along with the increase of seed vigor, the contents of soluble sugar, SOD, POD were increased significantly; electric conductivity of seed soak solution and the content of MDA were reduced significantly. Analysis indicated that they were correla- ted significantly with seed vigor.
