摘  要:对甘肃省秦王川灌区不同土地利用方式下土壤酶活性、土壤养分以及土壤酶与土壤养分、土壤酶活性之间相关性进行了研究.结果表明:不同土地利用方式下土壤蔗糖酶活性、脲酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量均为耕地>果园地>荒草地,土壤速效磷和速效钾含量为果园地>耕地>荒草地.不同土地利用方式下,在0~60 cm土层内,随土层的加深土壤酶活性均呈降低趋势,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性均为0~20 cm>20~40 cm>40~60 cm,且0~20 cm显著高于40~60 cm.耕地、果园地蔗糖酶、脲酶活性与土壤养分之间相关性大,呈显著或极显著正相关,并且这两种酶活性之间也呈极显著正相关,脲酶、蔗糖酶活性可以作为该地区耕地、果园地较为理想的土壤养分的表征指标.荒草地过氧化氢酶与土壤养分之间呈显著或极显著正相关;而耕地、果园地过氧化氢酶与土壤养分之间相关性小,因此,过氧化氢酶活性可以表征荒草地土壤肥力状况,不能表征人为精细耕作的土壤肥力状况.Soil enzyme activity, soil nutrients and their correlation under different land utihzauon types in Qinwangchuan irrigation area of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province were studied. The results showed that the activities of soil invertase, urease and catalase, and the contents of soil organic matter, total N and alkaline hydrolytic N were all presented with the sequence of cultivated land〉 garden land 〉 wasteland. The content of available P and available K followed the sequence of garden land 〉 cultivated land 〉 wasteland. Under different land utilization types,the activities of soil enzyme tend to decline with the depth in 0 -60 cm soil layer. The activities of soil invertase, urease and catalase followed the sequence of 0-20 cm〉 20-40 cm〉40-60 cm. And the activities of soil enzyme of 0-20 cm was remarkably higher than that of 40〉60 cm. There existed a close relationship between invertase,urease and soil nutrient in cultivated land orchard land. They represented a significant or extremely significant positive correlation, and these two kinds of enzyme activities also represented significant positive correlation. Urease and invertase activities could be taken as ideal soil nutrient characterization indexes of cultivated land and orchard land. There re- presented a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between catalase and soil nutrients in waste land,while it had little difference between catalase and soil nutrients in cultivated land and orchard land. Therefore,catalase activity could represent the soil fertility status of wasteland but not suit to fine farming land.
