摘 要:对多个钼选矿厂回收率的考察中注意到一个共性的现象:选矿生产中实现的钼回收率远低于之前选矿试验的回收率,排除了浮选药剂等工艺因素,基本上都受制于磨矿粒度—辉钼矿的解离程度,进一步了解发现磨矿细度不足的原因完全在于尾矿处置—尾矿在尾矿库中的沉降和尾矿坝的构筑。本文依据几个钼矿对尾矿综合治理的实践讨论了无尾清洁选矿对提高回收率的作用,说明清洁生产不仅对于环境,而且对于选矿主工艺效益同样具有重要的促进作用。There has been a universal phenomenon in seeing about recovery rate from few molybdenum ore dressing plant:molybdenum recovery rate from beneficiation production is lower than beneficiation experimentation,excluding some technics factor like floatation medicament,basically they are enslaved to granularity of ore grinding-dissociating grade of molybdenite.It's found that the reason of fineness scarcity about ore grinding completeness is tailing disposition-the sedimentation of tailing in the tailings and the construct of tailing in tailing dam.According to practice of several molybdenum mine tailings management,the function of tailless cleaning mineral separation to increase the recovery rate was discussed.It is described that cleaner production play important role not only in environment,but also in promoting effectiveness of beneficiation process.
