摘  要:为了提高超短脉冲激光的瞄准精度,基于自准直原理提出瞄准装置光学系统。以670nm光纤耦合激光器为光源,设计指示光准直、扩束光学系统,准直光的不平行度达到3.2″,设计焦距为350mm,相对孔径1/5,离轴量50mm的主激光离轴抛物面镜,其成像质量达到衍射极限,基于准直束光学系统和离轴抛物面镜,设计可适应670nm和800nm两种波长的20×和100×的瞄准和监测成像光学系统。提出一种小孔准直的安装调试方法,以指示光进行实验验证,结果表明:设计的光学系统成像光斑均匀,其物方分辨率达到4.1μm。In order to improve the collimation precision of ultra-short pulsed laser, an optical system of collimator based on auto-collimation theory was proposed. Beam spread collimation optical system providing a parallel precision of 3.2", which is illuminated by fiber coupled laser with a wavelength of 670 nm, was designed. As well as, an off-axis parabolic mirror of princi- pal laser with the focal length of 350 mm, relative aperture of 1/5, and off-axial distance of 50 mm, was designed, and the imaging quality could reach the diffraction limit. Based on the collimating optical system and off-axial parabolic mirror, the 20x and 100x imaging systems working at wavelength of 670 nm and 800 nm synchronously were designed. An installation and alignment method based on pinhole collimation was proposed. The results of experiment illuminated by indicated light show that the image spot is even, and its resolution can reach to 4.1 tLm in the object space.
