摘  要:目的联合使用磺丁基醚-β-环糊精和离子液体(SBE-β-CD),用于兰索拉唑等3种质子泵抑制剂药物对映体的毛细管电泳分离。方法采用弹性石英毛细管柱,考察了pH值、背景电解质中缓冲盐浓度、SBE-β-CD质量浓度及电压对分离的影响。在此基础上,研究了手性离子液体与环糊精联合使用,即二元手性选择剂体系对兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑和雷贝拉唑对映体分离的影响。结果在最优的电泳条件下,兰索拉唑和泮托拉唑对映体达到了完全分离,雷贝拉唑对映体达到部分分离,分离度分别为2.28、1.96和1.12。结论离子液体与SBE-β-CD组成二元体系的协同作用对提高兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑和雷贝拉唑对映体的分离度有明显的作用。Objective To develop a capillary electrophoresis chiral separation method for three pairs of proton pump inhibitor enantiomers, lansoprazole, pantoprazole and rabeprazole combining use of sulfobutyl ether-β- cyclodextrin (SBE-fl-CD) and chiral ionic liquid as chiral selectors. Methods The separations of enanti- omers were performed in an elastic quartz capillary tube. The effect of buffer pH, the concentrations of buffer salts, the concentration of SBE-β-CD and applied voltage in background electrolyte on the separation were investigated. On this basis, the effect of combined use of chiral ionic liquids and cyclodextrin, namely, binary chiral selectors system, on separation of enantiomers of lansoprazole, pantoprazole and rabeprazole were stud- ied. Results Under the optimal conditions, the resolutions of lansoprazole, pantoprazole and rabeprazole were 2.28,1.96 and 1.12, respectively. Conclusions The synergistic interaction of[ EMIm] [ L-lactate I and SBE- β-CD improved the enantioseparation.
