摘 要:通过添加适量的玻璃纤维制备树脂磨具,研究了玻璃纤维添加量对树脂磨具复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,利用适量的玻璃纤维取代氧化物填料,可以明显地改善树脂磨具的力学性能.与未添加玻璃纤维的树脂磨具复合材料相比,玻璃纤维增强树脂模具复合材料的最佳弯曲强度和洛氏硬度值分别提高128.9%和143.1%.Polymer abrasive composites were fabricated in this study. And they were reinforced by using fiberglass. Effect of whiskers content on the mechanical properties of the polymer composites was studied. The results show that adding fiberglass in the raw materials can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the composites, enhancing the character of service of the composites. Bending strength and HRC value of the composites whose fiberglass replaced fully oxide are higher 128.9% and 143.1% than that of composite without fiberglass, respectively.
