医生职业素养的基本内核与培育路径

摘　　要：人的主体性是医生职业素养的逻辑起点。我国社会老龄化特征凸显,生态环境恶化引发的疑难病症激增,医患纠纷带来的不和谐现象频发,医改的呼声和诉求提上日程,这都对医生这一传统职业提出了更为全面的内在要求。我国当代专业医生的职业素养应包括专业、道德、沟通、人文、信息素养五大基本内核。其培育途径为激发主体性,在工作实践中累积专业素养;强化自觉性,在时代责任中培育道德素养;注重艺术性,在平等对话中提升沟通素养;增强紧迫性,在多措并举中夯实人文素养;提高适应性,在强化学习中发展信息素养。The subjectivity of human beings is the logical starting point of the occupation accomplishment of doctors, and it can advocate doctors to develop themselves wholly and freely. Nowadays, there is a tendency of aging population in China, and the deteriorating environment has caused a sharp increase in hypochondriasis. Meanwhile, medical disputes have brought about a lot of inharmonious issues, and the appeals for medical reform have been put onto agenda. All of these problems have proposed newer, higher and fuller demands on doctors. In the new era, the cores of the occupation accomplishments ~ff doctors focus on professionalism, moral, communication, humanity and information. Therefore, we should cultivate and promote the occupation accomplishments of doctors to meet the demands of the profound reforms of society, so as to foster groups of medical workers. Only in this way can doctors shoulder the responsibility of caring for the health of people and contribute to the harmony of society.
