现代化进程中上海建设体育强市的困境与策略

摘　　要：在现代化发展进程中,对上海建设体育强市的背景、意义、困境和策略进行研究。认为:建设体育强市是上海实现现代化国际大都市目标的应有之义和实现体育现代化的必由之路;上海建设体育强市面临人口老龄化、体育现代化评价指标体系缺失、完善的公共体育服务体系有待健全、竞技体育后备人才严重不足等困境。提出树立"体育是民生"的工作理念、完善公共体育服务体系、促进体育产业协调发展、提高体育赛事的品牌效应和经济效益等发展策略。The study explored the background, significance, plight as well as strategy of constructing Shanghai into a strong sports city in the process of modernization. It indicates that it has great significance for Shanghai to strive for a strong sports city, for it is the inevitable course for Shanghai to realize its goal of being a modern international metropolis and achieve sports modernization. Now that Shanghai faces such dilemmas as an aging population, a lack of evaluation index system for sports modernization, a incomplete public sports service system, and a serious shortage of sports reserve talents, etc. , the study proposes to establish the work ethic of ＂Sport is the people＇ s livelihood＂, improve public sports service system, promote the coordinated development of the sports industry, and improve the brand effect as well as economic benefits of sports competitions.
