Effect of the Flow of Foreign Players on the Development of World Football—An Empirical Study Based on Bosman Ruling Before and After

摘　　要：建立相关理论模型、参数数据,实证分析博斯曼法案对世界足球运动发展的影响。结果显示:欧洲球员流动模型的预测具有较好的相关性和准确性,博斯曼法案对外籍球员比例的增加发挥了跨越式的促进作用,对欧洲足球的竞争平衡具有积极意义;然而,作为一种政策实施的负效应,世界精英球员大量涌入欧洲也在一定程度上造成了世界足球运动发展的不均衡。The study, based on data＇ s parameters, established a theoretical model to analyze the effect of Bosman Ruling on the development of world football. The findings show that there is a good correlation and accuracy for the prediction of the model of European players＇ migration. In addition, the increase of foreign players improves greatly the football development, demonstrating a positive effect on the balance of football competition in Europe. The negative effect, however, lies in the unbalance of world football development, with the migration of elite football players into Europe by leaps and bounds.
