阿米卡星洗剂联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿米卡星洗剂联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗压疮的疗效。方法:将87例患者随机分为两组。观察组44例(52处)采用常规外科无菌换药处理创面后给予阿米卡星洗剂外涂再予磺胺嘧啶银敷料外敷,以无菌纱布棉垫包扎。对照组43例(51处)采用常规外科无菌换药处理创面后给予磺胺嘧啶银敷料外敷,以无菌纱布棉垫包扎。结果:观察组有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:阿米卡星洗剂联合磺胺嘧啶银治疗压疮,起效快、疗效好,缩短治疗时间。Objective：To explore the effect of Amikaein lotion combined with silver sulfadiazine in the treatment of pressure sores. Methods：87 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 44 cases was adopted Amikaein lotion coating with silver sulfadiazine dressing after routine surgical sterile dressing changed, dressing with sterile gauze pad. The control group of 43 cases was adopted silver sulfadiazine dressing, dressing with sterile gauze pad. Results：The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈0.01 ） ,treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Amikacin lotion combined with silver sulfadiazine for treatment of pressure sores, has the advantages of quick effect, good curative effect, shorten treatment time.
