摘  要:为有效检测连续油管的疲劳损伤并预测其寿命,将金属磁记忆技术应用于连续油管的弯曲疲劳研究。对内压和弯曲载荷共同作用下的全尺寸连续油管试样在不同循环弯曲次数下的状态,进行磁记忆检测试验,探索能够用来表征连续油管疲劳过程的磁记忆信号特征。结果表明:磁记忆信号与连续油管疲劳损伤状况间有相关性,连续管出现疲劳损伤时磁记忆信号发生跳变,磁记忆信号的切向分量梯度值作为其特征参量,可以描述连续管受内压和弯曲过程的疲劳程度。金属磁记忆检测技术能被用于评估连续油管的疲劳损伤状况和预测其剩余寿命。For the sake of detecting fatigue damage of coiled tubing and predicting its working life, metal magnetic memory technology was in the investigation of the tubingg bending fatigue. The results show that there is a correlation between magnetic memory signal and fatigue damage condition of coiled tubing, that a magnetic memory signal jump appears when fatigue causes damage that both the internal pressure in the coiled tubing and its fatigue state can be described by the signalg tangential component gradient as a char- acteristic parameter of magnetic memory testing, and that metal magnetic memory testing technique can be used to assess fatigue damage and predict the remaining life of coiled tubing.
