对我国省属高校运动训练专业人才培养目标的审视与思考

摘　　要：通过对我国省属高校运动训练专业培养模式的分析,以及专业培养目标和课程计划改革取向的探讨,研究得出我国一些省属高校运动训练专业人才培养模式的发展,多数正处于由专才教育向通才教育发展的转型期,未来会向通专结合模式发展。提出我国高校运动训练人才培养模式的发展途径:必须改革目前省属高校运动训练专业培养模式,逐步构建以素质教育为核心,知识教育为主线,能力培养为重点,人文精神为支撑,专业教育为基础的口径宽、适应广、能力强、素质高的复合型人才培养模式。The analysis of the training mode of sports training talents in provincial universities in China, and the ori- entation of the objectives and reform in the curriculum showed that most provincial universities were in the transfor- mation of education from focus on special education program to focus on general education program. In the future, special education program and general education program would be mixed. Character education would be the cen- tered with emphasis on knowledge and ability as well as humanistic spirit so that students with high quality could be cultivated.
