摘　　要：摘要30CrMnSiA属航空用合金结构钢，30CrMnSiA钢板在军事产品上一般用于航空、汽车、弹箭等各种特殊耐磨结构件。因30CrMnSiA合金成分的影响，钢坯脆性较大，采用连铸钢坯生产30CrMnSiA钢板在技术和装备上存在一定困难，国际上采用连铸坯轧制生产较为罕见。本文介绍了采用连铸钢坯生产30CrMnSiA钢板的方法，生产的钢板机械性能良好，符合用户要求。This article describes the method of using the continuous casting billet to produce 30CrMnSiA steel plate. 30CrMnSiA is alloy structural steel for aircraft. 30CrMnSiA plate in the military products are generally used for aviation, automobile, rocket and so a variety of special wear-resistant structure, which has high intensity. At present, the production of 30CrMnSiA steel with continuous casting billet faces technology and equipment difficulties. And it＇ s relatively rare internationally that using continuous casting billet to roll and produce.
