摘 要:以油菜茎秆为研究对象进行茎秆抗挤压特性试验研究,为油菜分厢成行作业提供设计依据。选取偏移量和挤压力大小为测试指标,对茎秆直径大小、挤压部位离地高度、挤压偏角及油菜成熟度等进行了单因素试验。试验结果表明:茎秆直径、挤压部位离地高度、挤压偏角、成熟度等对挤压力和偏移量影响显著。其中,折断试验表明,偏角主要分布在40°~60°范围内。以回弹比和单位挤压力为评价指标,对挤压部位离地高度、挤压偏角、油菜成熟度等进行了正交试验。极差分析表明,离地高度为600mm、挤压偏角为30°、中等成熟阶段的挤压效果较好,回弹比小于20%,单位挤压力低于0.25N/mm-1。The anti-extrusion characteristic test on rape stalks has been done, which can provide design basis for rape sub-compartment operation. Single factor test on stalk diameter, extrusion height above ground, extrusion angle and rape maturity were carried out with the offset and extrusion force as test indicators. Single factors experiment showed that: the extrusion force and offset were remarkably influenced by stalk diameter, extrusion position height, extrusion deviation an- gle and rape maturity. The stalk break test showed that pull angle mainly existed in the range of 40~ ~ 60 ~. The orthogo- nal test on extrusion position height, extrusion angle and rape maturity was carried out with rebound ratio and unit squeeze pressure as test indicators, the range analysis showed that extrusion position height of 600mm, extrusion angle of 30° and rape medium maturity had better extrusion effect, which had less than 20% rebound ratio and 0.25N/mm. unit extrusion force.
