稳态烟雾机喷管结构对管内气流特性影响研究

摘　　要：用于病虫害防治的稳态燃烧烟雾机应用了烟雾载药技术,喷管是药液烟化的关键部件。为此,对喷管内有无内置管两种类型和3种喷管直径(70,90,110mm)等不同喷管结构进行对比试验,结果显示:对于D90喷管,有内置管的轴心气流平均温度比无内置管的高82℃;D70喷管轴心气流温度明显高于D90和D110两种喷管,同时D70喷管喷口气流的平均速度和最大速度均高于D90和D110喷管;D110喷管喷口气流的平均速度明显较低,仅为D70喷管的44.1%和D90喷管的51.0%,导致D90喷管内轴心的气流温度反而低于D110喷管。可见,喷管结构及尺寸对喷管内气流温度和速度起着至关重要的作用。因此,针对稳态燃烧烟雾机应综合考虑气流温度、速度及喷烟量等因素确定喷管尺寸参数。The steady combustion logger used to disease and insect control is the application of the technology of pesticide forming hot fog. Its tail-tube is the key parts which liquid pesticides form fog by means of thermodynamic theory, which is major structure of steady combustor. The paper designed two types of the tail-tubes without and with a smaller tube lo- cated inside of a tail-tube whose diameter was with three variable parameters 70ram, 90mm and ll0mm. The average temperature of gas flow in the tail-tube with the smaller tube was higher 82~C than without a smaller tube for D90. The gas temperature of DT0 was significantly higher than that of D90 and D1 l0 while the average value and maximum of the gas velocity in the outlet of the tail-tube for D70 was higher than D90 and D110. However, the average gas velocity for D110 was apparently lower than the others, which was only 44.1% to DT0 and 51.0% to D90. It caused the result that the gas temperature for D90 was lower than that of D110. So, the factors, such as gas temperature, gas velocity and pes- ticide flow rate etc. , were considered as the key parameters to determine the size of the tail-tube.
