农业综合开发中农民专业合作社的管理策略

摘　　要：农业综合开发政策给农民专业合作社长足发展带来了很大机遇。农民专业合作社作为弱者联合体,承担了一部分国家农业综合开发的重任。实践中,农民专业合作社承担的高标准农田建设等项目极大地提升了现代农业的示范效应。针对目前存在的问题,应该从理念、机制与政策等方面入手,提升农民专业合作社促进农业综合开发的示范效果和效益。Policy of agricultural comprehensive development brings a great opportunity to farmers professional co-opera- tives. Farmers professional co-operatives as the weak association take a part of the burden of the state agricultural com- prehensive development. In practice bear high standard farmland construction project by farmers professional co-opera- tives greatly improve the modern agriculture demonstration effect. Aiming at the existing problems should from the con- cept, mechanism and policy aspects, promoting Demonstration effect and efficiency of agricultural comprehensive develop- ment.
