摘　　要：目的:分析妊娠高血压综合征患者的体液免疫状况。方法:对比研究55例妊娠高血压综合征患者(妊高征组)及30例正常孕晚期妇女(对照组)的C3,C4,IgA,IgG及IgM。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者C3,C4,IgA,IgG及IgM水平均降低,重度妊娠高血压综合征患者尤为显著。结论:对妊娠高血压综合征患者进行C3,C4,IgA,IgG及IgM的检测,有利于及早发现并监测病情的严重程度。Objective：To investigate the humoral immunity situation in patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension. Methods ： Fifty - five patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension were studied as test group and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. To compare C3, CA, IgA, IgG andlgM of two group. Results ： The concentration of C3, C4, IgA, IgG and IgM in test group is lower than the control group, especially in severe pregnancy - induced hypertension patients. Con- clusion ： Detection of C3, C4, IgA, IgG and IgM in patients suffering from pregnancy induced hypertension is good to find the pa- tients, also good for monitoring the disease.
