摘　　要：为掌握建设用地扩张的研究进展,该文采用概括和比较分析的手段,从多视角对建设用地扩张研究进行梳理和概括。研究尺度包括时间尺度和空间尺度;研究内容主要是建设用地扩张的时空特征、影响因素与驱动机制、多重效应、模拟预测及扩张管控;研究方法主要有基于遥感技术的数据获取手段、基于GIS的空间分析和计量手段、基于GIS的系统模拟方法和手段、统计分析和计量经济分析手段。最后对未来的研究进行了展望:在研究尺度上要更多的关注县域、乡镇、社区或村庄、具体建筑单元等微观尺度的建设用地扩张及其时空尺度上的耦合关联分析,同时加强对基层政府、农户、企业等微观用地主体的扩张行为研究。在研究内容上,要加强对区域内全部建设用地类型的统筹关注及其相互作用的分析,加强对扩张管控策略的研究,加强对多视角下的建设用地相关研究整合。在研究方法上,加强对扩张时空过程研究的数据集建设、模型体系建设,最终形成一个基于不同时空尺度的建设用地扩张时空过程研究方法论框架。For the purpose of catching the development of construction land expansion analysis, this paper gives a comprehensive description of the research on construction land expansion by using the summary and comparison approaches. The analysis is or ganized from three aspects flowed as the research scales, the main fields concerned by construction land expansion and the meas urement method. The research scales including time scale and spatial scale. The main fields concerned by construction land ex pansion contents several aspects such as dynamic characteristics of the spatial temporal process, influencing factors and driving mechanism,muhiple effects, simulation and forecast,and the control countermeasures of expansion. There are several measure ment methods including data acquisition means based on RS,spatial analysis method based on GIS, simulation method based on （;IS, statistical analysis and econometric method. At last,it is suggested that the following aspects should be further studied： 1 ） To strengthen the research of construction land expansion at the micro scale,the expansion behavioral research of the main mi cro-body of construction land expansion such as the government, farmers, enterprise and so on. 2） To emphasize the research on all types of construction land and their interaction analysis, the control strategy of expansion, integration research from the per spectivc. 3） In the research method, to strengthen the temporal and spatial process data set construction, model system construc tion, and finally form a methodology framework for process research of construction land expansion based on diverse spatio tern poral scales.
