摘　　要：通过构建中心城市综合实力测度指标,运用因子分析法对中国中部地区六个中心城市进行综合实力量化测度,阐述了武汉是中部崛起的"龙头"城市。运用纳尔逊城市功能分类法对六个中心城市进行功能定位,分析六个中心城市功能演进的新趋向,论证了武汉的综合实力与城市功能均达到了国家中心城市水平,郑州和长沙是竞争力不断提升的区域中心城市,合肥、南昌与太原是综合功能日趋增强的省域中心城市。从强化区域中心城市的极化功能、推进中心城市与区际的联动发展、打造中部特色的产业集群与发挥政府的空间管制功能等方面,提出了四项具体优化六个中心城市功能的措施,旨在为优化城市功能和推进中部地区崛起提供科学依据。In recent years, how to promote ＂the rise of central China＂ becomes a political and academic hot research. It uses factor anal- ysis method to calculate the center city comprehensive strength by constructing a center city comprehensive strength index. It presents that Wuhan is the leading city in the rise of central China. To seek the main functions of the six cities, this paper uses Nelson means to classify the functions of each city. Then it in-depth analyses the conditions of the six central cities~ function evolution. It demonstrates both comprehensive strength and function of Wuhan have reached the national center city level. Zhengzhou and Changsha are the com- petitive upgrade regional central cities. Hefei, Nanchang, Taiyuan are the comprehensive enhancement provincial central cities. It puts forward the measures on the six central citiesr functional optimization from the perspectives of strengthening the regional central citiesr polarized function, promoting the center citiesrand interregional interactive development, making the central featurers industrial clusters and playing governmentfs space control function to promote the economic rise of the central China. It provides the scientific basis for functional optimization and the rise of central China.
