摘  要:以湖北黄石金山店铁尾矿为主要原料制备加气混凝土,研究了铝粉和碱用量对加气混凝土密度的影响,考察了尾矿细度及石英粉用量对加气混凝土密度及抗压强度的影响,并对样品进行了XRD和SEM微观分析。结果表明:当铝粉用量为0.1%,碱用量为0.4%,石英粉用量为20%,并对尾矿磨细处理制备的样品达到GB 11968—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》A3.5、B07级加气混凝土合格品要求,制品中水化产物主要为托贝莫来石和CSH凝胶,形成致密的网状结构,对强度的提高起到积极作用。Aerated concrete is prepared by taking the iron ore tailings in Hubei Huangshi Jinshandian as the main raw material. The effect of aluminum powder and alkali dosage on density of the aerated concrete was studied,the effect of tailings fineness and quartz powder dosage on density and compressive strength of the aerated concrete was investigated,and the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM microscopic analysis. The results show that:when the amount of aluminum powder was 0.1%, alkali amount was 0.4%,quartz powder amount was 20%,the railings were ground fine,the prepared sample can meet the qualification requirement of A3.5,B07 level aerated concrete as defined in national standard GB 11968-2006"Autoelaved aerated concrete block". The hydration products are mainly tobermorite and CSH gel,forming a dense network structure,and playing an active role in strength improvement.
