摘　　要：目的:了解医院公益性表现形式与发挥程度,并对医院公益性进行综合测评。方法:采用文献复习、现场调查(包括问卷调查和访谈)进行数据收集,运用德尔菲法构建评价指标体系,运用TOPSIS法进行医院公益性综合评价。结果:私立医院的公益性评价指数高于公立医院,私立医院经济运行指标多数好于公立医院。结论:私立医院存在公益性,其公益性强于公立医院,但两者公益性水平均不高。Objective To study the form and extent of hospitals＇ public welfare,and evaluate hospitals＇ public welfare. Meth- ods Data was collected with literature review,field investigation ,including questionnaires and interviews. The evaluation index sys- tem was developed by the Delphi method. And hospitals＇ public welfare was evaluated with the method of TOPSIS. Results The e- valuation indexes of public welfare of private hospitals were higher than that of state-owned hospitals. And economic operation in- dexes of most private hospitals were better than that of state-owned hospitals. Conclusion The private hospitals owned the nature of public welfare,which was better than state-owned hospitals.
