临沂市居家化疗肺结核病人废弃物处置现状及其对策研究

摘　　要：目的研究并评价临沂市居家化疗肺结核病人对废弃物处置方法的认知以及实际处置现状,对病人处置方法中的不足提出针对性的对策。方法:采用自行设计问卷,对临沂市沂水县135例肺结核病人和莒南县174例肺结核病人进行现场访谈式调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:居家化疗肺结核病人对痰液、扔弃的手纸、药品包装、输液器和注射器的实际处置方法与认为正确处置方法的差异有统计学意义,实际处置方法中,以对治疗一个月内的痰液处置方法的正确率最高,为68.9%;最低为对对扔弃的输液器和注射器,只有27.0%;对于病人认为正确处置方法,病人治疗一个月后的痰液的处置方法的正确率最高,可达90.6%,最低为对药品包装的处置,为56.7%。结论:多数居家化疗肺结核病人对废弃物的正确处置方法都有一定的认知,但迫于各种经济、环境等因素导致其实际的肺结核废弃物处置方法正确率低于其对正确处置方法认知的正确率。Objective To study the status of disposing the waste from tuberculosis patients undergone domiciliary chemothera- py in Linyi City, and put forward countermeasures. Methods 309 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergone domiciliary chemotherapy,including 135 cases from Yishui County and 174 cases from Junan County,were surveyed with serf-designed ques- tionnaires on spot. Results There had significant difference between the actual disposing and theoretical disposing on wastes as sputum, toilet paper, drug packages, infusion apparatus and injection syringes for these tuberculosis patients. Considering the actu- al dispositions, the method to dispose sputum from tuberculosis patients treated for less than one month had the highest accurate rate,while the method to dispose waste infusion apparatus and injection syringes had the lowest accurate rate. Considering the the- oretical dispositions, the method to dispose sputum from tuberculosis patients treated for more than one month had the highest ac- curate rate, while the method to dispose waste packages had the lowest accurate rate. Conclusion Most of tuberculosis patients un- dergone domiciliary chemotherapy had correct cognition on disposing the waste. But the accurate rate of actual disposition was lowered by some economic and environmental factors.
