摘 要:准确的电感与悬浮力模型对多相无轴承电机的稳定悬浮起到关键性作用。由于无轴承电机在运行过程中,转子始终处于动态偏心的状态,该文利用改进绕组函数法,详细分析了影响电感变化的几种谐波函数,并分别给出了用于2极转矩磁场、4极悬浮磁场(2-4型)多相永磁无轴承电机和4极转矩磁场、2极悬浮磁场(4-2型)多相永磁无轴承电机的电感解析模型,而且该模型也适用于凸极转子和隐极转子结构。另外,根据虚位移原理推导出相应的悬浮力模型,并利用有限元法对两种模型的电感和悬浮力进行了计算与分析。最后通过对一台五相表贴式永磁无轴承电机进行静力试验与悬浮试验,验证了解析模型的有效性。The analytical model of the inductance and suspension force play a key pole for stable suspension in multiphase bearingless motors (MBLMs). Since the rotor is always eccentric under rotation, the harmonic functions impacting on the inductance are analyzed based on the modified winding function method (MWFM). And the analytical model of inductances of the MBLM with 2-pole torque field and 4-pole suspension field (2-4 type) and the MBLM with 4-pole torque field and 2-pole suspension field (4-2 type) were presented in the paper, which was fit for the MBLM with the salient-pole rotor and the cylindrical rotor. Furthermore, the analytical model of the suspension force of the corresponding MBLM was deduced based on the virtual displacement method (VDM). And the inductances and suspension force were calculated by the finite element method (FEM). Finally, a five phase prototype of the surface-mounted permanent magnetic type was built and tested to verify the validity of the analysis.
