摘 要:通过实验发现交流接触器动态响应过程中存在不确定性,如同一试品的三相触头表现不一致、同样实验条件下试品的同一触头表现不一致、不同试品在同一合闸相角下触头表现不一致等。该文主要探讨了触头闭合时动态响应的不确定性评价方法。通过对9台CJ20-25型交流接触器进行试验,并对测量的21个动态响应参数进行二级模糊综合评价,从而将其综合为一个指标,最后提出将动态响应的变异系数funcert作为衡量不确定性的唯一指标。经过实验验证,结果表明该指标可有效反映产品的不确定性程度,比图示法更为直观,操作更为方便。所提的评价方法也适用于其他同类产品动态过程的不确定研究。There are some differences in dynamic response for AC contactors, even though for three-phase contacts in a single test product, for the same contact under the same operating condition and for different test product contacts working in the same closing phase angle. Taking CJ20-25 AC contactor as an example, firstly, 9 test products are measured. The measured 21 dynamic parameters were calculated into one evaluated value by means of fuzzy theory. A single index funcea which came from the coefficient of variance of dynamic response was used to evaluate the uncertainty during closing of contacts, and it was proved effective and more easier to operate in practice compared with graphic methods. It will contribute to evaluate the uncertainty of other similar electrical devices.
