摘  要:利用暂态脉冲变压器和半导体开关产生纳秒快脉冲,是制作小型紧凑化的高频高压脉冲发生器的一种可行方案。与其他变压器相比,螺旋线型特斯拉变压器更容易实现高的输出变比。通过对特斯拉变压器谐振充电原理的分析,给出了其次级电压、峰值输出变比、初级电流及其最大变化率的理论表达式,并进行了相关分析。结合小型螺旋线型特斯拉变压器样机的研制和实验,对其次级电压、初级电流、峰值变比等重要特性及其影响因素进行了进一步测算和论证,讨论了初级回路半导体开关按电流特性选型的方法。研制样机利用在次级电容后串接火花间隙的方式,可以在6.0k的负载电阻上输出变比超过100,上升沿约40 ns的脉冲波形。A compact, small-size device based on a pulsed transformer combined with semiconductor switches is the feasible solution which generates high-frequency and high-voltage pulses. Compared with other types of transformers, the spiral Tesla transformer is much easy to achieve a high output-voltage ratio. By an in-depth analysis of the resonance circuit of the Tesla transformer, the expressions of the secondary voltage, the output-voltage peak ratio, the peak and steepness of the primary current are deduced and studied in this paper. A test prototype of a small-size Tesla transformer has been developed. The key electrical characteristics are further measured, estimated and discussed. The specification parameter selection of the primary semiconductor switch must rely on the characteristics of the primary current. Applied to a 6.0 kΩ resistor, the prototype can generate a pulse with over 100 voltage peak ratio and 40 ns rise time.
